Leno Keeps Heat On In ‘Tonight’ Jokes
Launching into tonight’s monologue, Jay Leno continued riffing about the future of The Tonight Show. “Are you all excited about March Madness? Are you all into March Madness?” he ostensibly asked about NCAA college basketball playoffs getting underway. “People are talking about who’s in, who’s out, who’s gonna be eliminated. And that’s just here at NBC. I have never been in the paper this much. It’s fantastic.”
