On this season of The Biggest Loser, dubbed "Battle of the Ages," two new trainers, tennis pro Anna Kournikova and fitness expert Dolvett Quince, join Bob Harper in changing the lives of 15 overweight contestants. We checked in with Quince, who has worked with celebs including Janet Jackson and Justin Bieber and will be blogging about the season for TVGuide.com.

Did you have a hard time getting the contestants through their first workout?
Dolvett Quince: The first workout is intense and challenging. Considering it's the battle of the ages, from ages 23 to 63, it takes a lot of screaming and crying to convince this group to make some major life changes.

How does your training style differ from Anna's?
Dolvett: I'm an in-your-face, never distracted, always focused drill sergeant. I will constantly help you find your inner strength. Anna has a quiet approach you can barely hear in the gym, but she pushes hard.

Who do you think will be a fan favorite?
Dolvett: I think America is going to fall in love with Vinny, a country singer/songwriter or maybe even Sunny, a teacher, wife and mother.

Which contestant faces the toughest road ahead?
Dolvett: I'd have to admit Bonnie may have the biggest struggle on the show. She's 63 years old, the oldest person on the ranch, and has had a knee replacement on one leg, and needs the other knee to have surgery, too.

The Biggest Loser premieres on Tuesday at 8/7c on NBC
