Miley Cyrus was snapped exchanging rental cars in Philadelphia yesterday, happily smoking on a cigarette and sporting the 'do seen around the world.

... anyone else think she's going for a blond Girl with the Dragon Tattoo look lately?

Between the epic haircut, her daily postings of barely-there outfits and smoking on cigs, we get it Miley -- you're super-skinny and you can't be tamed.
