NBC Jokes Back In Jay Leno’s Monologue

After giving NBC a reprieve for the past few days, Jay Leno was back at it in his monologue tonight. He opened with a backhanded compliment about NBC’s strong rating performance on Monday with the return of The Voice and Revolution. “Monday night the primetime shows The Voice and Revolution moved NBC in the No.2 position. You know what that means? Between Easter and Passover, this is truly the season of miracles.” He went on to take a jab at NBC over speculation that the network is plotting his removal from The Tonight Show. “T-Mobile announced yesterday they are doing away with contracts. Apparently they got the idea from NBC.”
