Nickelodeon Star Victoria Justice Takes on Gregg Sulkin in Sticky ‘Lip Sync Battle’ (Video)

Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice took on a rival from across the pond as she competed against British “Faking It” actor Gregg Sulkin on Thursday’s “Lip Sync Battle.”

Justice, who gained fame as a child actress on “Zoey 101” and “iCarly” went back to way before she was even born with the ’80s classic “Total Eclipse of the Heart” by Bonnie Tyler for the Spike competition show. However, her passionate performance made even host LL Cool J feel a little uncomfortable as the 22-year-old “crawled around” the stage.

“My mother is very proud me making it to ‘Lip Sync Battle,'” Sulkin then said, with a dash of English sarcasm. “I just hope my accent doesn’t show through too much,” he added, before proving that he sounds just like an American while lip syncing to heavy rock.

Justice then turned the temperature up even more with Nelly’s “Hot in Herre.” She nailed the fast-moving lyrics but didn’t add much sizzle to the song — leaving the stripping off of layers to her backup dancers, while all she lost was a Band-Aid.

Sulkin shook up the competition next, however, by belting out Kelis’ 2003 hit “Milkshake,” donning a curly wig — but not a shirt.

He took the contest to a whole new level by grinding up against Justice before grabbing a chocolate shake from LL — which he then poured all over his head.

“Now my father would not be proud,” the actor from North London quipped.

Needless to say, after that sticky showdown, Sulkin was crowned the winner.

The spin-off from Jimmy Fallon’s “Tonight Show” contest has continued to be a ratings powerhouse for Spike, averaging 2.9 million viewers per episode and a 1.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

“Lip Sync Battle,” which is co-hosted by LL Cool J, is produced by John Krasinski, Stephen Merchant, Casey Patterson, Jay Peterson and Rick Schwartz. Beth McCarthy-Miller of “Saturday Night Live” serves as director.

“Lip Sync Battle” airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Spike.
