Showtime’s ‘The Affair’ Casts Brooke Lyons in Recurring Role (Exclusive)

Noah and Allison’s relationship will face a brand new obstacle when Showtime’s “The Affair” returns for its second season this fall. Actress Brooke Lyons has joined the Showtime drama in a recurring role as a new woman who may come between Dominic West and Ruth Wilson’s characters, TheWrap has learned.

Lyons will play Eden, Noah’s (West) publicist, who will appear in three episodes. Flirtatious with Noah but highly effective at her job, she also becomes a source of intimidation for Allison (Wilson).

Season 2 of “The Affair” will continue to tell the story of Noah and Allison and the fallout of their affair, and will introduce POVs of their exes, Helen (Maura Tierney) and Cole (Joshua Jackson).

“The Affair” is written and executive produced by Sarah Treem. Hagai Levi serves as executive producer and co-creator with Treem. Jeffrey Reiner is executive producer and director, along with exec producer Eric Overmyer.

The second season will premiere Sunday, Oct 4 at 10 p.m. ET on Showtime.

Lyons most recently guest starred on “The Exes,” “The Crazy Ones,” “Two and a Half Men” and also recurred on “Two Broke Girls.” She is represented by Innovative Artists as well as Mark Schumacher of Schumacher Management.
