Supermodel Nicole Trunfio is the latest celebrity with hopes of normalizing breastfeeding by gracing the cover of Elle Australia in a beautiful shot of her and her baby boy feeding.

"This wasn't a contrived situation: Zion needed a feed, Nicole gave it to him, and when we saw how beautiful they looked we simply moved her onto the set," Editor-in-Chief Justine Cullen said of the June subscriber cover. "It was a completely natural moment that resulted in a powerful picture."

Trunfino reposted the cover on her Instagram page, sharing why she calls it powerful.

A different image, one of Trunfio in a black dress simply holding Zion, will be the cover on newsstand copies while the breastfeeding image will only go to subscribers' homes, but many are calling for the breastfeeding cover to be sold in stands as well.

Trunfio joins a slew of famous moms who have worked to normalize breastfeeding with images deemed controversial by some. In 2013, Gisele Bundchen was shown breastfeeding while her glam squad got her ready. Alyssa Milano shared a similar photo last year. A 2012 Time cover of a mother feeding her 3-year-old son sparked controversy.

What do you think of the cover photo? Should the breastfeeding image be on the newsstand copies as well?
