As a result, Spelling says she’s suffered lost wages, hospital and medical expenses, general damage and loss of earning capacity.

Alleging negligence, Spelling is seeking unspecified damages, but court papers obtained by TheWrap indicate that the amount demanded “exceeds $25,000.”

A spokesperson for Benihana has not yet responded to TheWrap‘s request for comment.
