Tori Spelling Undergoes Emergency Surgery
ET has learned that Tori Spelling had emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her recent childbirth.
A rep for the 39-year-old actress told ET Spelling underwent the procedure "due to complications from her C section." The star and her husband Dean McDermott welcomed a son, Finn Davey McDermott, on August 30.

The rep said on Tuesday the Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood star "remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably." No additional details were provided.
Finn -- who joined brother Liam, 5, and sisters Stella, 4, and 10-month-old Hattie in the family -- was a healthy 6 pounds, 6 ounces when delivered.
