Promos for Game of Thrones‘ third season thus far have consisted of teasers with no fresh footage — until now.

A just-released two-minute preview of the fantastical HBO drama gives a behind-the-scenes look at all things Westeros (and beyond!), including loads of interviews and glimpses at the year ahead.

“This is the rise and fall season,” exec producer David Benioff shares. “There are so many characters who come into the season with power of some kind who lose everything, and other characters who enter with almost nothing and achieve great power.”

And brace yourselves, Thrones fans, because “this is a season of tremendous reversals of fortune,” which will have you both “pleasantly surprised and horrified — in equal measure,” promises EP D.B. Weiss.

• NBC is filling Revolution‘s midseason hiatus with weekly animated webisodes, EW.com reports — the first of which you can watch below. The online series will center on letters written by Reed Diamond’s Sgt. Wheatley. You can find subsequent installments on NBC.com, YouTube, Hulu and via Video On Demand. Live-action episodes of Revolution, meanwhile, resume March 25.

• The cast of ABC’s Celebrity Diving — or as we like to call it, “Celebrity” Diving — was unmasked Monday when TMZ caught the competitors at practice. Those looking to make a splash (or not) include Baywatch alum Nicole Eggert, E! alum Kendra Wilkinson, Miss Alabama USA Katherine Webb, Nickelodeon vet Drake Bell, Chelsea Lately‘s Chuy, Cosby kid Keshia Knight Pulliam,  NFL player Ndamukong Suh, NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and funnyman Louie Anderson.
