With Thanksgiving 2015 in the books, it’s officially time for this year’s war on Christmas, and “The View” wasted no time jumping into the debate.

On Monday’s episode of the ABC talk show, the panel discussed the decision to have magician duo and outspoken atheists Penn & Teller serve as the grand marshals of the Hollywood Christmas Parade.

Few of the hosts actually had a problem with the decision — even the self-proclaimed “Hallmark Christmas Queen” Candace Cameron Bure said she didn’t mind.

“There is a clear distinction between the commercialism of Christmas and the true meaning of Christmas,” the co-host said, explaining that she sees the Hollywood Christmas Parade as more a piece of entertainment than as a religious tradition.

Michelle Collins agreed that she has no problem with non-Christians hosting the parade, because even though she’s Jewish, it’s her dream to be the head of her own Christmas parade.

Guest co-host Sunny Hostin was the only person on the panel who took issue with it, dubbing herself “the grumpy one.”

“I didn’t like it. I don’t believe that the war on Christmas is really a war on Christmas, I think that’s sort of a false narrative. But the bottom line is that it is commemorating the birth of Christ,” said the CNN legal analyst, telling Bure that she would have felt better had it been called a “Holiday Parade.”

Hostin’s stance against Penn & Teller hosting the parade set off moderator Whoopi Goldberg, who argued that changing the label to “Holiday Parade” would be just as much of an issue to those who believe there is actually a war on Christmas. “When are you going to be happy?” she asked.

“There is no war on Christmas,” Goldberg explained. “Everybody’s just trying to get it right.”
