Remember where we left off with the "Walking Dead" gang in December, when the Governor and his people had captured our beloved Daryl Dixon and were about to pit him against his brother, the far less lovable Merle?
That's where we pick up when the AMC drama returns Feb. 10 with "The Suicide King," in which the even crazier (trust us) Governor (David Morrissey) makes it clear that Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Merle (Michael Rooker) have no choice but to tangle with each other -- and with those zombies on a leash he keeps for just such an occasion.
As you can see in these exclusive photos that AMC provided to Yahoo! TV, Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Maggie (Lauren Cohan) come to the rescue, and Daryl manages to get a weapon back in his hand while Merle surveys the damage with his sword arm.
But don't think that means anyone's safe. The foray into Woodbury has left everyone shaken up, and a decidedly darker cloud has settled over Rick and his friends. And that's before one member of the group makes a shocking decision about his future.
"The Walking Dead" Season 3 resumes Feb. 10 at 9 PM on AMC.
