Johnny Sokko and Minami help a one-eyed man who's being chased by BF members. According to the man, the BF are trying to kill him as a traitor because, frightened by the inhumanity of the syndicate, he quit. After being taken to Azuma's headquarters, the man tells him that three children have been imprisoned by BF members in their secret base in a cave at the foot of a mountain. Guided by the mysterious man, Johnny and Minami rush to the scene. They enter the cave and find the children, but they are startled to discover that a two-headed monster engraved on a rock is actually alive. When they start to run, the one-eyed man pulls a gun on them. He turns out to be Black Dia, new head of the Japanese branch of the syndicate. Johnny and Minami realize that they have fallen into his trap, but it is too late.
