'Supergirl' Overcomes Prejudice for Alien Refugee
On Monday's Supergirl, Kara found out that the new alien visitor is actually from a planet called Daxim. And as far as Kara's Kryptonian people are concerned, Daxamites are all a bunch of good for nothings. Kara initially wanted to help the alien, who shares almost all of the same powers as her. But when she realized that he belonged to Krypton's neighboring planet, she immediately put up a wall that was huge. In fact, she had him locked up in a DEO holding cell. After seeing other aliens and human act upon their prejudice Kara realized that she had mistreated the newcomer. So she went back and apologized to him saying, "It was a mistake of me to misjudge you just because you're from Daxam."
